Technical Bugs: If the app failed, please post the specific Error Message or Code you received.
Billing: Refunds are automatic for system failures.

Note on Creative Assets: adGPT generates assets using enterprise-grade compute power.

System Failures: Fully refundable.
Creative Preference: We cannot offer refunds on Video/Audio generations simply because of “taste.” Please refine your prompts in !strategy before generating high-value assets.
