To ensure fair pricing for everyone, adGPT operates on a “Real Compute” economy. Here is how it works:

1. “Standard Core” vs. “High-Fidelity Studio”

Not all AI actions are equal.

• Text & Chat: Runs on our efficient Standard Models. These cost very few credits. We encourage you to use these daily for drafts and quick questions.
• Video & High-Res Images: These run on massive Enterprise Clusters. Every second of video generation incurs significant hard costs in data center power.

2. The Refund Policy

We distinguish between System Errors and Creative Preference.

• ✅ System Errors (Refundable): If the system crashes, returns an Error Code, or fails to deliver the file, your credits are automatically protected. If they aren’t, post here with the Error Code, and we will fix it.

• ❌ Creative Preference (Non-Refundable): If you generate a 4K video (or any other asset) and simply “don’t like the vibe,” we cannot refund the credits. The compute power has already been consumed to create that asset.

  💡 Pro Tip: Always test your prompts in !strategy (Text Mode) before committing high credits to Video Generation!
